Go and Tell of Jesus(Romans 10:12-15)
(롬 10:12) 유대인이나 헬라인이나 차별이 없음이라 한 분이신 주께서 모든 사람의 주가 되사 그를 부르는 모든 사람에게 부요하시도다//For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
(롬 10:13) 누구든지 주의 이름을 부르는 자는 구원을 받으리라//For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
(롬 10:14) 그런즉 그들이 믿지 아니하는 이를 어찌 부르리요 듣지도 못한 이를 어찌 믿으리요 전파하는 자가 없이 어찌 들으리요//How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
(롬 10:15) 보내심을 받지 아니하였으면 어찌 전파하리요 기록된 바 아름답도다 좋은 소식을 전하는 자들의 발이여 함과 같으니라//And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

As our bus traveled higher and higher on the narrow road along the Andes Mountains, my teammates were busy laughing and singing. I was staring out my window — aghast that there weren’t any guardrails between us and the abyss to our right. I was feeling a bit fearful and anxious as we kept going up and up and up, and I started to wonder why our short-term mission team had come to this remote part of Ecuador. Then it dawned on me: God must really love these people if He would send His own Son to die for them. Surely I could get through a scary bus ride to express that love with them.
우리 버스가 안데스 산맥을 따라 난 좁은 길을 따라 점점 더 높이 올라갈수록, 동료들은 웃고 노래하느라 분주했다. 나는 창밖을 바라보며 오른쪽으로 끝없이 이어진 낭떠러지와 우리 사이에 아무런 안전 난간도 없다는 사실에 아연실색하고 있었다. 버스가 계속해서 더 높이, 더 높이 올라가자 두려움과 불안이 밀려왔고, 왜 우리 단기선교팀이 이렇게 외진 에콰도르 지역까지 오게 되었는지 스스로에게 묻게 되었다. 그때 문득 깨달음이 찾아왔다. 하나님께서 자기 아들을 보내어 그들을 위해 죽게 하셨을 만큼, 이 사람들을 정말로 사랑하신다는 사실이었다. 그렇다면 그 사랑을 그들과 나누기 위해, 이 두려운 버스 여행쯤은 충분히 견딜 수 있겠다고 생각했다.
It ended up being such a joy to do short Bible lessons, share our testimonies, and pray with the people who welcomed us in the various towns we visited each day.
결국 우리가 매일 방문하던 여러 마을에서 우리를 맞아 준 사람들과 함께 짧은 성경 강의를 하고, 간증을 나누며, 함께 기도하는 일은 큰 기쁨이 되었다.
The apostle Paul was committed to telling others about Jesus so they too could put their trust in Him. In Romans 10:13 he says that all who call on Jesus “will be saved.” But “how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent?” (Romans 10:14-15).
사도 바울은 다른 사람들도 예수님을 믿고 의지할 수 있도록 예수님을 전하는 일에 헌신했다. 로마서 10장 13절에서 그는 예수님의 이름을 부르는 자는 누구든지 “구원을 받으리라”라고 말한다. 그러나 그는 이어서 이렇게 묻는다. “그들이 믿지 아니하는 이를 어찌 부르리요? 듣지도 못한 이를 어찌 믿으리요? 전파하는 자가 없으면 어찌 들으리요? 보내심을 받지 아니하였으면 어찌 전파하리요?”(로마서 10:14–15).
There are people all around us who don’t know Christ. Let’s ask God for the courage to share the good news of Jesus with others, pray with them, and invite them to a church service or activity. Nancy Gavilanes
우리 주변에는 아직 그리스도를 알지 못하는 사람들이 많이 있다. 다른 이들에게 예수님의 복음을 전하고, 그들과 함께 기도하며, 교회 예배나 활동에 초대할 수 있는 용기를 하나님께 구하자.

Dear God, please help me to share Jesus.//사랑하는 하나님, 예수님을 전할 수 있도록 저를 도와주소서. 때를 얻든지 못얻든지 구주 예수님을 전하는 일에 힘쓰게 하소서. 하물며 때를 얻었는데 최선의 수단을 사용하여 주님을 전하게 하소서.
