한국으로 돌아가기 전 마지막에서 세 번째로 이곳에서 드리는 예배다. 미국 베델교회에 출석할 때, 매번의 예배 시간마다 성령의 감동을 느끼며 벅찬 감격으로 예배를 드렸었는데, 여기서는 이제 돌아갈 때가 되니까 이곳 예배에 익숙해지고, 잔잔한 감동으로 예배를 드린다. 특히 헌금 찬양 시간에는 가사에 은혜가 되어, 예수님 말씀하시기를 "사랑한다 내 아들아" 하는 부분에서는 아주 진한 감동이 몰려왔다. 아주 어려운 설교에서보다도, 가장 간단한 찬송의 가사에서 감격을 느낀다.

- 본문 : 에베소서 2:13-15 "이제는 전에 멀리 있던 너희가 그리스도 예수 안에서 그리스도의 피로 가까와졌느니라 14 그는 우리의 화평이신지라 둘로 하나를 만드사 중간에 막힌 담을 허시고 15 원수 된 것 곧 의문에 속한 계명의 율법을 자기 육체로 폐하셨으니 이는 이 둘로 자기의 안에서 한 새 사람을 지어 화평하게 하시고"<But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. 14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition {between us}; 15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, {even} the law of commandments {contained} in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, {so} making peace;>
INTRODUCTION
* The christian life begins with a new birth
* New people have new desires.
Keywords: 3 things that believers desire for:
1. They desire baptism : (Act 8:36) And as they went on {their} way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, {here is} water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?
* Baptism publicly identify born again believers with the Savior
* Baptism proclaims the Gospel to onlookers.
* Batism is obedience to Christ. (Mat 28:18-20) "And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, {even} unto the end of the world. Amen."
2. They desire the bible: (1pe 2:2) As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:
* The bible plays a vital role in the new born.
* The bible contains the vitamins of spiritual health.
* The bible causes growth : that ye may grow thereby:
3. They desire the brethren : (1jo 3:14) We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not {his} brother abideth in death.
* We are all members of the same body.
* Something is wrong when professing Christians don't desire to be with other believers.
CONCLUSION:
* Are you sure that you have been born again?
* Are the biblical desires of born again people found in you?
* Examine yourself to see if you are in the faith : (2co 13:5) Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

My heart is so proud, my mind is so unfocused, I see the things You do through me as great things I have done. And now You gently break me. I cry just like a baby. You hold me as my Father, and mold me as my Maker.
(And) I ask You how many times will You pick me up, when I keep on letting You down? And each time I fall short of Your glory, how far will forgiveness abound? And You answer, "My child, I love you, and as long as you're seeking my face, you'll walk in the power of my daily sufficient grace."
At times I may grow weak, and feel a bit discouraged. Knowing that someone somewhere could do a better job. For who am I to serve You? I know I don't serve You. But that's the part that burns in my heart and keeps me hanging on.
And You are so patient with me, Lord. As I walk with You, I'm earning about what Your grace really means. How all of my transgressions You paid at Calvary. So instead of trying to repay You, I learn to simply obey You. By giving up my life to You for all that You've given to me.
