2024-03-17(일) 하나님 나라 중심의 리더십(민수기 11:16-17, 27-29)
KINGDOM-MINDED LEADERSHIP(NUMBERS 11:16-17, 27-29)
(민 11:16) 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 이스라엘 노인 중에 네가 알기로 백성의 장로와 지도자가 될 만한 자 칠십 명을 모아 내게 데리고 와 회막에 이르러 거기서 너와 함께 서게 하라//And the Lord said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.
(민 11:17) 내가 강림하여 거기서 너와 말하고 네게 임한 영을 그들에게도 임하게 하리니 그들이 너와 함께 백성의 짐을 담당하고 너 혼자 담당하지 아니하리라//And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which {is} upon thee, and will put {it} upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear {it} not thyself alone.
(민 11:27) 한 소년이 달려와서 모세에게 전하여 이르되 엘닷과 메닷이 진중에서 예언하나이다 하매//And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp.
(민 11:28) 택한 자 중 한 사람 곧 모세를 섬기는 눈의 아들 여호수아가 말하여 이르되 내 주 모세여 그들을 말리소서//And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, {one} of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them.
(민 11:29) 모세가 그에게 이르되 네가 나를 두고 시기하느냐 여호와께서 그의 영을 그의 모든 백성에게 주사 다 선지자가 되게 하시기를 원하노라//And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the Lord's people were prophets, {and} that the Lord would put his spirit upon them!

When I joined a group of Christian children’s book authors who prayed for one another and helped spread the word about each other’s books, some people said we were “foolish for working with competitors.” But our group was committed to kingdom-minded leadership and promoting community, not competition. We shared the same goal-spreading the gospel. We served the same King-Jesus. Together, we’re reaching more people with our witness for Christ.
내가 기독교 동화 작가들의 모임에 참여하여 서로를 위해 기도해주고 서로의 책에 대한 홍보를 도와주는 일을 하자, 어떤 사람들은 우리가 “경쟁자들과 함께 일하는 어리석은 짓을” 하고 있다고 말했다. 하지만 우리는 하나님 나라 중심의 리더십으로 공동체를 부흥시키기 위해 모인 것이지 경쟁하기 위한 것은 아니었다. 우리는 복음전파라는 같은 목표를 가지고 있으며, 예수님이라는 같은 왕을 섬겼다. 우리는 함께 더 많은 사람들에게 다가가 그리스도를 증거하고 있다.
When God asked Moses to choose seventy elders with leadership experience, He said, “I will take some of the power of the Spirit that is on you and put it on them. They will share the burden of the people with you so that you will not have to carry it alone” (NUMBERS 11:16-17). Later, Joshua saw two of the elders prophesying and told Moses to stop them. Moses said, “Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the Lord’s people were prophets and that the Lord would put his Spirit on them!” (V. 29).
하나님이 모세에게 지도자 경험이 있는 장로 70명을 선택하라고 명하시고 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “네게 임한 영을 그들에게도 임하게 하리니 그들이 너와 함께 백성의 짐을 담당하고 너 혼자 담당하지 아니하리라” (민수기 11:16-17). 나중에 여호수아가 두 장로가 예언하는 것을 보고 모세에게 그들을 중지시키라고 말했을 때 모세는 이렇게 말했다. “네가 나를 두고 시기하느냐 여호와께서 그의 영을 그의 모든 백성에게 주사 다 선지자가 되게 하시기를 원하노라”(29절).
Any time we focus on competition or comparisons that hinder us from working with others, the Holy Spirit can empower us to shrug off that temptation. When we ask God to nurture kingdomminded leadership in us, He spreads the gospel around the world and can even lighten our loads as we serve Him together. XOCHITL DIXON
다른 사람들과 함께 일하는 데 방해가 되는 경쟁이나 비교에 얽매일 때마다 그런 유혹을 떨쳐낼 수 있도록 성령께서 우리에게 힘을 주실 수 있다. 우리 안에 하나님 나라 중심의 리더십을 갖게 해 달라고 간구할 때, 하나님은 전 세계에 복음을 전파하시고 우리가 그분을 함께 섬김으로 우리의 짐을 더욱 가볍게 해 주실 수 있다.

하나님을 섬기기 위해 다른 사람들과 어떻게 협력해 왔습니까? 각자의 고유한 은사로 하나님을 섬기고 있는 사람들 중 누구를 지원해줄 수 있습니까?
Holy Spirit, please make me a kingdom-minded leader committed to working together to reach more people with the life-saving message of the gospel.//성령님, 생명을 구하는 복음의 메시지를 더 많은 사람들에게 전하기 위해 힘을 합쳐 헌신하는 하나님 나라 중심의 리더가 되게 해주소서. 혼자 할 수 있는 일도 동료가 있으면 같이 힘을 합쳐 하게 하소서. 기도도 연합하게 하시고 사역도 연합하게 하소서. 무슨 일이든 함께 할 수 있는 방법을 생각하게 하소서. 솔선하여 사람을 끌어모으는 일에 앞장서게 하소서.
